Particle Counters

Particles are contamination you can count. In cleanrooms they are airborne and settle on product; in hydraulic oil they are wear debris grinding the machine that made them; in compressed air they ride the line into processes that cannot tolerate them. This hub organises the family's three theatres: airborne counters for controlled environments, liquid particle counters, and oil cleanliness instruments.

The airborne line is anchored by the B1030 (0.1 µm, six channels) and the B110-Pro (regulated-environment build with audit trail). Liquid and oil lines are category-covered here, including the shop-listed OPC oil counter family and sampling accessories such as the B330 probe, zero filters, high-pressure diffusers and aerosol dilution and generation equipment used in counter testing.

Airborne duty

Cleanroom counting is a qualification discipline: channel sizes, sample volumes and point counts follow the room's classification method, and the counter's records become quality documents. Portables investigate and qualify; online counters watch continuously. The airborne category page and the cleanroom monitoring guide develop the practice.

Liquid and oil duty

Oil cleanliness counting turns a sample into a particle census by size band — the earliest warning of abnormal wear in hydraulic and lubrication systems. Benchtop, portable and automated analysers divide the work by throughput; the oil category page sets them out.
